The fact that Mary was required to adhere to company work schedules suggests that she was also being instructed to perform the work exclusively at Little Lamb's place of business. Also, the fact that Mary has worked at the same company for almost two years suggests an employee-employer relationship more than it does the less frequent or shorter duration relationship between a company and its independent contractor.
