The public relations and advertising agency is a mediumsized organization, which operates at the regional and local levels. The real estate development company is a major regional organization. The specific project for which this public relations campaign will be conducted involves the development for urban living uses of previously undeveloped land, the great majority of which is heavily wooded. The problem confronting the real estate development company with respect to the Lake Piru urban uses development project is twofold.
