As Supervisor of the Gold Dome construction project it has come to my attention that there is an issue of construction I am compelled to bring to your attention. In short, some of the concrete pours were delayed due to the delay of one subcontractor's trucks. As a result of this delay, layering a pour can has occurred. In some instances layering a pour can can affect the structural integrity. I do want to take this time to assure you that I, personally, have performed all calculations and they demonstrate without doubt to me that the building is sound and meets all state regulatory requirements.
