According to a review of the literature, there are five evaluation criteria for evaluating a Web site and/or Web resource. These criteria are as follows:The Web site we will evaluate is the electronic banking Web site I utilize. It is M&T Bank’s online banking site. In this case, we must assume it is programmers with financial and economic background, but the site does not provide use with a way of contacting the author of the site. Yet, we can contact the organization responsible for the site. Authority refers to the who, how, and where of any published information on the Web site.
