As the purchasing director I feel we have done a considerable volume of business with you in the past. We are continually selling more wickets yearly, and we continue to purchase those wickets from your company. Yet, this latest shipment has moved very slow in comparison to our normal rate of wicket sales. I believe it is because customers can notice the inferior quality of this shipment.

I cannot recommend continuing to purchase wickets from your company if the next shipment is not up to your usual standards of quality. Additionally, with the degree of volume we purchase from you, I think some kind of reduction in price on the last shipment would be a gesture of good faith from you and your company. We enjoy doing business with you and sincerely hope to continue doing so in future.
