In 1904, the British Tobacco Company (Australia) Limited formed to take over a group of small tobacco companies. The purchase of a controlling interest in Coca-Cola Bottlers (Perth) Pty Ltd in 1964 was the company's first association witháthe Coca-Cola Company.
