Feedback and Teaching

When I first became a teacher, I benefited tremendously from the feedback, the knowledge and the experience of one of the outstanding veteran teachers at the school. During my early days at the school, I was full of trepidation and uncertainty, was with most new teachers. Nonetheless, I was determined to overcome my feelings of inadequacy by learning from experienced teachers. Through my own inquiries from administrators and staff, I contacted the aforementioned veteran teacher and asked her for advice and assistance.
