By providing China with a real incentive to reform its judicial system and enforce its laws, IPR violations can be more easily eradicated. By experiencing the direct benefits of IPR protection, the Chinese people can better understand the importance of IPR laws and thus uphold them for everyone, including foreign companies. Chinese authorities are not given adequate power or resources in their effort to eradicate piracy.
