The main challenge for the Human Resources Department is to develop a Human Resources policy that meets the current and future needs and expectations of the organization. Companies have a myriad of options when choosing a HR management style. However, HR departments must ensure that first and foremost the organization operates in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
