Once management has identified the organization's goals as well as the particular strengths and weaknesses of the organization, it must establish the most effective strategies likely to accomplish the desired result. Strategies or activities are the methods or processes required to achieve the goals. Objectives must be selected to be timely and indicative of progress toward goals.
Create Time Lines With Each Objective
Objectives are the specific accomplishments that must be accomplished to achieve the goals in the plan. Generally, objectives serve as milestones along the way when implementing the strategies.
