The Collective Unconscious
This is an excerpt from the paper...
The following presents the following theories related to the study: archetypal experiences and encounters with the collective unconscious; momentous image: Holographic manifestations of the remembered soul; common sense: the energy of morphic resonance; and summary and conclusions. Archetypal Experiences and Encounters With the Collective Unconscious Sharp (1991) reported terms related to archetypal experiences. Jungian Analysis is a type of therapy that brings unconscious contents to the consciousness. This form of therapy specializes in neurosis and was developed by C.G. Jung. Sharp stated that archetype is a structure of the human psyche or a system with images and emotions that are inherited. Jung stated further that archetypes are not inherited ideas, but are more the tendency of the human psyche to express itself according to the potential related to the archetype as it is brought to consciousness (Jung, 1971). These archetypes represent all inherited possibilities of ideas and therefore the collective unconscious. Archetypes are presented as images and ideas or the content of consciousness. According to Jung the archetype is an instinctual image that is manifested on a personal level with patterns of thought or behaviors that are common to all human beings. The content of an archetype is expressed primarily in metaphors. Sharp (1991) stated that collective refers to the psychic contents that belong to all

Laszlo (2004) reported that consciousness is a state that the individual experiences from birth until death, a state that is unique to each. Beyond consciousness human beings display abilities to understand and communicate. People show abilities to transfer images and impressions to those they are close to and there are archetypical or universal symbols that are common to all people. Experiments with people have shown that the mind of one can act on the brain and body of another. While modern societies regard transpersonal connections with others, these are viewed as paranormal and tend only to be accepted under exceptional conditions. An exception to this rule is when twins experience the pain that each other feels; studies of identical twins show that they are able to demonstrate telepathic information transmission. Telesomatic effects or the interaction with another's body have also been demonstrated; anthropologists refer to this as "sympathetic magic" (p. 42). Healing by intercessory prayer is a form of sympathetic magic.
Laszlo (2004) describes the search for the memory of the universe beyond the use of Jung's archetypes. Physicists tod
