According to Josh Greenberg in an online article for Ezine (2004), most workplaces are becoming increasingly diverse as people from different genders, races, cultures, ethnic origins, and lifestyles find themselves working together. As the economy becomes increasingly global, our workforce becomes increasingly diverse.
