Maricopa Manor is an independent living facility for clients aged 60 years and older who require assisted or supervised living. Maricopa Manor is an ideal environment for seniors who are ambulatory (with or without devices such as walkers and canes) and who have minimal medication restrictions. Maricopa Manor is not a full-service nursing home, but instead can serve as a transitional facility for those adults who are no longer able to remain in their own homes, or who are no longer comfortable doing so.

Maricopa Manor offers supervision 24-hours a day, seven days a week, and provides semi-private and private rooms in a residential environment.
