A management plan for the organization and development of a combination restaurant and night club enterprise is presented in this research. The elements of management planning addressed in this research are (1) company organization, (2) personnel policies, (3) staff objectives, (4) financial accounting, and (5) inventory control.The name of the enterprise will be the Dream Club. The enterprise will be located in Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic. The Dream Club will combine restaurant and night club operations. Restaurant operations will be conducted during both the day (luncheon) and evening (dinner and supper). Night club operations will be conducted only during the evening. The Dream Club will operate all year and will not close for any holidays other than on national holidays where commercial establishments are required to close.
