Observations & Reflections--Implementation The implementation process was a great deal more complex than I had anticipated, largely because I had not worked with computers in the past. Recognizing that it was a naive view, I half expected the system to be up and running without data entry, or significant interaction, on my part. I realize now that this was an unrealistic expectation, but at no time during the selection of the hardware or software did I truly understand the scope of the task that we were taking on.
