The fast food industry is growing at an annual rate of 3 percent, while the fresh juice and smoothie sector is growing at an annual rate estimated at 30 percent. Juice retailers such as Jamba Juice, Booster Juice, and The Juice Zone offer customers a healthy, quick service food concept ideal for health conscious customers. The level of income that a franchisee earns is not guaranteed, Booster Juice will provide a training program. Booster Juice stores operate in a wide range of locations including plazas, enclosed malls, office building, hospitals, campuses and street-front locations. Store development including design, construction and equipping of the store is handled by Booster Juice as part of the franchise fee. Franchisees are free to select their own product suppliers. The store is provided to the franchisee on a 'turnkey' basis. Booster Juice provides a broad array of support tools and services to franchisees. Franchisees are required to pay a royalty of 6 percent of store sales. All stores, including our corporate locations, are required to contribute an additional 2 percent of sales to the Booster Juice Nationa
