The greatest success story for me was that STRIVE attempted to expand and create new chapters in other major cities. Most employment groups would keep their techniques a well-guarded secret. However, Chairman Sam Hartwell seems to understand that STRIVE can help more people by expanding to other cities. Mr. Hartwell is not concerned with personal gain or recognition regarding his leadership and the success of his organization of STRIVE. 2b. STRIVE should be spread by dissemination. Chairman Sam Hartwell seems comfortable with the idea that STRIVE must expand beyond New York. Therefore, STRIVE offices established in other cities need to work closely and in coordination with the New York office in order to successfully replicate STRIVE's success in New York. The EHES office in New York would provide technical assistance to new STRIVE offices. Specifically, this technical assistance can tae the form of advice about start-up. Ideally, as the concept grows and the number of offices increase, STRIVE centers will be in contact with one another. These contacts could be for mutual moral support, to share insights, to offer advice, to clarify operating procedures, and disseminate information to each other.
