Paul's Second Letter to the Corinthians is an open letter from the founder of the Corinthian Church to that community. Paul has been absent for some time and is trying to return. Some of the community at home are speaking against him. Yet thd community is growing in faith and responsibility. This passage is written both in defense of Paul and as instructions to the community as to how the should approach their ministry.
