QUALITY MANAGEMENT: SUITABILITY & QUALIFICATIONS OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT MEMBERS OF A CONSULTING FIRM PROJECT TEAM
As a crucial member of a project management team in a consulting firm, the Quality Management Officer (QMO) must bring more to the position than specialized university education in quality assurance and practical experiences as a QMO. Certainly, such education and experience is essential to the capacity of an individual to function effectively as a QMO (Summers, 2004).
