Agency Evaluation: Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center

Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center is located at 1891 Effie Street, Los Angeles, California, 90026. The main campus at this address houses a 55-bed acute psychiatric hospital serving adults and adolescents, an adolescent outpatient program, and a 70-bed adult residential center. A second campus on Hoover Street has 36 residentially licensed transitional housing beds, a shelter vocational workshop, and a Homeless Service Center that includes emergency shelter beds and a drop-in center. The third campus houses a 12,000 square foot out-patient forensic program center.
