This research paper will present the Adlerian C-Group Theory or the Adlerian approach to consultation. Education consultation, Adler's individual psychology, components of Adlerian consultation, and the C-group will be included in this discussion. Consultation and collaboration are two processes that are found within the school environment. Educators need to deal with numerous problems that require assistance from additional organizations such as mental health centers or businesses, as well as teachers and parents. Consultation and collaboration with these groups is necessary and the Adlerian consultation approach provides an effective method. The main providers of consultation services in the school system are school counselors, school psychologists, and school social workers. The goal of these officials and others is to resolve problems and prevent future concerns with the development of effective strategies. For effective collaboration, leadership must be shared, allowing for many experts and facilities to resolve problems. Consultation and collaboration are utilized in the following areas: teaching, learning, with standards; technology; management, governance, and accountability; parent and community involvement and support; system-wide improvements; grassroots efforts promotion; dropout prevention; school-to-work programs; and milestones and timelines. che. As a child, the individual carefully observes their primary male and female caretakers to learn about relationships and how the family functions. The conclusions drawn form a private logic, which is used to determine how to be in the world. What is important is the individual's relationship to the memories, whether they are factual or fictional. Adler argued that people bring forward only those memories that support their private logic. Adler's theory of counseling and therapy includes the goal of reorientation. Psychoeducation, such as with the teaching of affective and coping skills, is important to the Adlerian therapeutic process (Dinkmeyer & Dinkmeyer, 1989; Powers & Griffith, 1987).
Individual psychology includes three phases, the pre-school child, the child in school, and the adolescent; the social sphere in which the child functions, defines the phase. For the pre-school child, the family group (relatives, friends, and neighbors) provides the social sphere. The school phase includes new persons from various backgrounds and the child attempts to accommodate these new aspects according to his life style. Adolescence places the child within the society at large and by this time, social interest and cooperation
