Secure a position with a private research laboratory conducting stem cell research aimed at curing some currently incurable disease, preferably diabetes mellitus. Develop the skills necessary to carry out this research under guidance of the scientists at this laboratory or by training at an institute specialized in training researchers for stem cell research, such as Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) (WARF, 2005). Secure a position with a leading research institution or private laboratory which is developing therapeutic cloning techniques for curing human diseases.
