Sufism: A Gentle Path Towards the CreatorHow does one come to feel close to his or her Creator? In the Judeo-Christian tradition, one may recount stories about the past, such as the Passover holiday story of Jews wandering in the dessert or the Easter holiday story of Christ rising from the Cross. These concrete stories of a past era hearken a time when social mores may often seem cruel or bitter by today's standards.
