The Mycenaean Period of Ancient Greece

The Mycenaean period in Ancient Greek history lasted from approximately 1600 to 1100 B.C. (Mycenaean 1). The Mycenaean culture was fairly sophisticated, with a system of religion or mythology, politics, and acted as an influence on later Greek civilization.
