Description of Six Flags Over Georgia
This is an excerpt from the paper...
Home to some of the most famous roller coasters in the world, like the Great American Scream Machine, Superman-The Ride, and the triple-loop Mind Bender, Six Flags Over Georgia offers collegians a day of thrilling rides, great food, and lots of ways to save. Adult admission is $39.99, but for those in the know, taking a Coke can along will knock $15 off the purchase price. When arriving, parking on the lots of Six Flags is $15 for the closest parking lot and $10 for the one further away from the park. For those without a Coke can, convenience stores in the surrounding blocks sell them with $15 off coupons to Six Flags Over Georgia on them. Students can look forward to saving money once more by using one of the lots outside the entrance of the park hosted by neighbors of the park. These run $5 for the day and are often a shorter walk to the entrance than either lot inside the park. The parkĘs layout is simple and well-marked by maps, signs, and guides who are attentive and helpful for those needing directions or other assistance. Finding a restroom is easy, as there are numerous, clean restrooms throughout the park. On hot days, the walkways are heavily lined on both sides with trees, keeping one in the shade the entire time one is walking from one section of the park to another. There is also a tram that traverses the park and one for the parking lots for those who choose to park inside Six Flags.
