Social Exclusion

In the experiment on social exclusion, there is only one independent variable. That is, acceptance or rejection. Interestingly, there is no control group here to account for the lack of acceptance OR rejection. This seems to be a problem in the experiment. There are other variables which the researcher takes into consideration: time since the last meal, and taste of the cookies, etc., but when these variables are controlled, the difference in the results is not extremely different from the one-way ANOVA.
