Army Values -- LDRSHIP

The Army takes the role of its officers extremely seriously and has developed the acronym LDRSHIP to describe what values it instills into its officers. The elements of LDRSHIP are as follows:

L � Loyalty; the commitment or allegiance that a soldier feels for the United States of America. Loyalty provides the motivation for a soldier to serve. Someone who is loyal will never betray the country and will always stay true to it.
