My intended major is business administration or business economics. Interestingly, my attraction to the major developed not by working in the business world but through my volunteer work with the Boy Scouts. I obtained my Eagle Scout designation in 2005 and subsequently managed a Boy Scout troop, which required me to manage the troop's financial and other resources as well as teaching the scouts how to operate their troop somewhat like a business.
