In line with that, this paper will provide a synthesis of some of the major theoretical constructs of organizational behavior. It will begin by looking at a management behavioralist approach to organizations, and will turn to the examination of aspects of motivating behavior and motivating environments. Then, an analysis of leader behavior and effectiveness, ways to diagnose the environment, and situational leadership will be discussed, followed by the impact of power upon organizations, developing human resources, building effective relationships within organizational behavior norms, and finally ways to synthesize organizational theory.
