  2. Can I cancel my member ship before the 30,90,180 days are up?
    Yes, you may cancel your 30 and 90 day membership before the time frame is up. There is no need to cancel your 180 day membership, at the end of the time period it will automatically expire.

  3. Can I turn in a paper in as my own?
    Absolutely not, turning in someone else's work as your own is unethical and against the law.

  4. Are all papers "A" quality?
    All papers were written by professional writers. There are NO student written papers in our database.

  5. What does a membership include?
    A membership includes single user access to our database of 32,000 professionally written papers. THESE PAPERS ARE NOT WRITTEN BY STUDENTS!!! All papers were written by professional writers. Registered members can view 60% of any paper any time and 100% of 10 papers per month.

  6. What is recurring billing?
    Recurring billing works like a news paper subscription. You are billed each period until you no longer want the service. Each month you are a member you will be able to view an additonal 10 papers.

    30 and 90 day memberships will be rebilled, there is no rebilling for 180 day memberships.

  10. Do all papers come with bibliographies?
    Most papers do, some do not.

  11. Do I need to have a membership to order a custom written paper?
    No, a membership is not required to purchase a custom written paper.

  12. Will the paper views I purchase ever expire?
    This works just like many cell phone plans. As long as you maintain an active account, your paper views will not exipre, they will simply "roll over" to the next month. Once your account expires, those paper views will also expire!

  13. Why can't I log in?
    If you have purchased an account, you should have already chosen a Username and Password. If this username and password are not working, please fill out a tech support request form here.
