(GLAD), Deaf Counseling, Advocacy and Referral Agency (DCARA), NorCal Center on Deafness (NorCal), Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center (DHHSC), the California Division of the ACS, and the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Information Service in California committed their organizations to the partnership's efforts to advance the well-being of the DHHC.
