This study addressed the problem of whether and how a program of integrated learning can be integrated with the existing insturctional program in Liberian primary schools. The study concluded that integration was not only feasible, but was also highly desirable. The study concluded that the described incentive program would be effective, and that the Liberian Ministry of Education has the potential to focus its attention on the pomotion of quality teaching, and an equitable incentive system.
