Learning occurs during case analysis through a variety of approaches that include role playing, group discussion, improvisation, and individual assessment (Feinstein and Veenendall, 1992, pp. 1114).

Learning is the process through which an individual is able to change her or his behavior in some constructive manner (Skinner, 1953, pp. 5961). Three basic theories of learning are trial and error, conditioned response, and insight. Each of the theories may be applied through case analysis (Yin, 1989, p. 11).

Through the trial and error approach, an individual learns by attempting different solutions to a problem until he or she discovers which one of the alternatives work best (Skinner, 1953, p. 64). The role of the tea
