Both the instrumentation and the quantitative procedures employed were appropriate for this current research. One of the studies reviewed also measured perceived attitudes on the part of managerial personnel,

a procedure which was highly applicable to this current research.

The current research used an attitude survey to collect data related to perceptions and opinions of production managers.
