Based on this reasoning, this study's examination of burnout and the contributory factors of demographic variables and attitudes toward organizational/school-related factors is justified.

Because of the descriptive nature of the study, no causal relationships can be inferred from the data; nonetheless, important information can be compiled regarding possible contributors to burnout among Special Education teachers in the areas of their perceptions of organizational/school-related factors and demographics. Another limitation of the study is the fact that all information collected is perceptual.
