This site is the American Association of School Administrators Web site which is designed to provide leadership information, training, and news for those leaders in education. Over 14,000 educational leaders belong to this association and the Web site is useful for leaders in many ways. The site is designed to provide support and development for effective school system leadership. This site is very useful in a variety of ways, including topical and relevant articles that are provided through links covering issues such as power, values, skill and capacity development, diversity and gender. The site also includes useful links and pages designed to help educational leaders in a variety of employment aspects such as Job Bulletins, AASA news, legal issues, current events, and a variety of pages designed to enhance leadership skills. The site also contains valuable links to other leadership publications, advocacy groups, state associations and awards and scholarships offered to educational leaders. Potential members are also able to apply for membership through the use of this site. The site also provides valuable up-to-date research information for educational leaders via offering recent studies that have been conducted in the field.
