possessing a knowledgeable understanding of technology itself, this research hypothesizes that: Technology is increasingly being used to train employees, but the effectiveness of such methods often rely on the understanding and technological training of those performing the training or devising the training technology. Also included in the analysis will be some proactive steps being taken by traditional training firms, like EDS, in order to insure that tomorrow’s workforce will not only be adept at the use of technology, but also that the technological methods used to train them are effective.
