His psychological background reveals a hatred of his father and/or mother, and such hatred and rage is then transferred and projected onto his victims as he commits his crime (Abrahamsen, 1979, p. 51).
In the case of Bundy, however, the categorization process and method upon which profiling depends did not prove successful because of the narrow vision which profilers bring to the process in the first place.
