The final problem may be the hardest to solve. Lack of proper organizational structures has resulted in the hospital operating at a deficit. Insurance premiums are rising, and the cost of running the hospital is not running proiportionate to the number of patients that are treated. Additionally, there is a decrease in patient population which seems to be an indirect result of the various operational problems
