Research Question 2 - What are the psychosocial and psychoemotional consequences to culturally and linguistically diverse students of incorrect referral to special education classes?
Research Question 3 - What techniques and strategies can teachers, schools, and school districts use to remediate the problem of disproportionate and incorrect referral of culturally and linguistically diverse students to special education classes?
