Subjects in the study will consist of 100 secondary school teachers (50 males and 50 females) between 28 and 35 years of age who are currently teaching at one of five randomly selected LAUSD schools with a student body size of 2,000 or greater. Size of school and age of teachers are kept relatively constant in order to minimize response variance due to differences in these variables.
