The IPCC reports that the balance of evidence suggests that there is an obvious human influence on global climate. The IPCC further reports that unless the world takes steps to reduce the emissions of gases that are causing the enhanced greenhouse effect, global temperatures could rise up to 6.3 degrees Fahrenheit by the year 2100
