Hill (2003) also commented that the globalization of the economy, coupled with the reliance of firms on IT to deliver products and services and to conduct business, are driving the outsourcing movement. In any examination of international management, it is all but impossible to avoid recognition of the fact t hat globalization is leading to the creation of new business arrangements, among which outsourcing is prominent.
