Welch also praised the concept of Internet Telephony, pointing out that since the concept of Internet Telephony was organically derived from the connectivity made available to the world through Internet technology, it is imperative to deal with these two concepts -- the Internet and telephony simultaneously.
It is the proposal of this paper that Internet Telephony is a technology in search of acceptance.
