Web sites store libraries of resources that are used by professionals and clients; cyberspace holds resources that deliver and support career counseling and development. These strategies are innovative since they allow for latest technological advances to be utilized by all involved in higher education.
Fenner and Rennß(2004) pointed out that an important innovative technology includes programs that allow for the increased assess to digital information. Handheld and personal computers are now being used to allow people to assess information anytime and anywhere. Employees can remain connected to their employers. Students can be connected to the school at any time and from any location.
