Reducing Teacher Tardiness

The principal says the problem is "too many teachers are late in the morning" with an allied problem--"The playground is not well supervised in the morning before 8:00 a.m., and there is too much fighting among the students." 1. Many teachers work late in the afternoon and do not wish to arrive early as well.
