These include notice of the charges against one or the topics to be decided at a forthcoming hearing, the right to attend and to be heard at such a proceeding, a court or other tribunal which is itself impartial and free of conflicts of interests, the right to present and cross-examine witnesses and, in some cases, the right to have counsel present.
