In conclusion, I am happy to report that this organization is functioning well and while stress and crisis are faced on an ongoing basis, the rewards of the successes experienced outweigh these problems and fuel the staff continuously. However, despite this level of enthusiasm, there are inhibitors to leadership, growth, and change. Time constraints are perhaps the most profound inhibitor; staff members cannot find enough hours in the day to get the task done and they grow weary of attempting new projects.
