Specifically, this interaction shows that for the adopted group, the level of substance use decreased as genetic history shifted from positive (Mean=26.50) to negative (Mean=22.00); however, for the non-adopted group, level of substance abuse remained relatively the same showing only a small non-significant increase as genetic history shifted from positive (Mean = 19.90) to negative (Mean = 21.18).
