The patient had leg and ankle oedema related to CCF (treated with Frusamide - 60 mg IV at 1600 hr, and 80 mg IV ordered per day thereafter). This gave a good effect, with urine output. There was improved/better breathing (RR)/reduction in peripheral oedema.

Patient was treated and had diagnostic tests for pneumonia
and eventually was transferred to a general medical ward (Triage: 1140, to Ward: 1845 hr).
